Automatically on 100% course completion. The certificate generates as a PDF with the student's name, course, completion date, and a unique verification code.

Can recipients verify a certificate is real?

Yes. Each certificate has a public verification URL. Anyone — recruiters, parents, registrars — can verify authenticity without needing a login.

A streak is the count of consecutive days with at least one lesson completed. Shown in the student profile, with push notifications on milestones.

Can we customize the certificate design?

Yes. Upload your own background, add institution branding, configure text positions. Certificates can also have optional expiry dates for compliance training.

Do certificates show up in OptiCRM as well?

Yes. Earned certificates sync back to the OptiCRM student profile, and parents see them in the parent portal alongside other student records.
